Why we built this.

TheirPresence started with a simple question: why does the voice of someone we love disappear when they do?

We have more of the people we love than we realize. Voicemails we can't delete. Videos from years ago. Texts that still feel like them. The way they wrote. The things they always said.

TheirPresence is a way to hold all of that together — and do something with it. Hear their voice say things they never got to say. Talk to them the way you used to. Keep them present in the moments they should have been there for.

We built this carefully. Privately. With a lot of thought about what it means to hold someone's memory and give it back.

It's not a replacement. It's a presence. We think that's worth having.
